The low temperature will cause damage to plant and bring some physic and biology reaction in the plant. This paper states the study procession about the plant chilling injury,cold-resistance gene,freezing damage and the physics change after low temperature domestication.
温度过低会对植物造成一定的伤害,并引起植物体内一系列的生理生化反应,本文综述了植物寒害类型、抗寒基因、冷冻伤害及低温驯化后植物的生理生化变化等方面的研究进展。
