• declare的基本意思是明确地、清楚地、正式地“宣布,宣告”,多用于官方场合。引申可指“宣称”“断言”“申报”等。
• declare既可用作及物动词,又可用作不及物动词。用作及物动词时,其后接名词、代词或that从句作宾语。不接动名词,也不接动词不定式。可用于被动语态。
