The heat and mass transfer in porous media in the process of steam sterilization were analyzed in our work and the moisture diffusion and thermal mass diffusion coefficient’s relationship with the content of the moisture and temperature was obtained.
本文分析得到该过程的非常系数热、质传递模型,利用多变量寻优的方法估算、推导出湿分扩散系数和热质扩散系数与湿含量和温度之间的关系式;并计算出10 mm厚的B-D试纸在120℃灭菌温度下所需的热穿透时间为150 s左右。
